These Terms and Conditions apply to Boss-Free Living at thompearce.com, operated by eCyber Ai Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before creating an account or using the member resources. They describe the rules for membership, learning content, and free e-book downloads.

1. Membership and your account

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. Do not create an account if you cannot legally agree to these terms. The site is not intended for children under 13.

Provide accurate registration information, use an email address you control, and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, or use someone else’s email address without permission. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Confirming your email is required to activate membership. Recovery links let you choose a new password; we will not ask you to email us your password.

2. Free access and downloads

Membership and the e-books published in this store are offered at no charge. No payment information, payment provider, shopping cart, or checkout is required for these downloads.

Content beyond the homepage generally requires an activated account. The privacy, terms, accessibility, and account-access pages remain public. Some resources may link to external websites, which may require separate accounts or have separate offers. An outside provider’s fees or conditions, if any, are not part of this site’s free membership.

Entries marked “Coming soon,” “placeholder,” or “cover concept” are previews of possible future books, not available products. Proposed titles, topics, and publication plans may change. A download button appears only when a book has been published and its file is available.

3. Permission to use our materials

Unless a resource states a different license, you may access our learning materials and keep a copy of a free e-book for your own learning and internal use in your business. You may apply what you learn to your own projects.

eCyber Ai Corp or the relevant content owner retains rights in the text, videos, designs, books, and other protected materials. Free access does not transfer ownership. Without permission, do not sell, republish, publicly upload, sublicense, or distribute complete copies of the materials, remove ownership notices, or claim the content as your own. Rights allowed by applicable law, including lawful quotation or other exceptions, are not restricted by this clause.

Materials owned by external providers are governed by their own licenses and terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to bypass membership restrictions, obtain another person’s information, guess passwords, distribute malware, overload the site, interfere with security, or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not use automated bulk downloading or scraping in a way that disrupts the site or violates another person’s rights.

5. Education and independent decisions

Courses, articles, videos, and e-books provide general educational information. They are not individualized legal, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

We do not promise a particular income, business result, level of independence, or financial outcome. Examples and ideas are not guarantees. You remain responsible for your decisions, business activities, and compliance with applicable requirements.

6. External services

Videos, courses, communities, and other resources may be hosted or operated by third parties. We do not control their availability, account systems, security, accessibility, or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them. A link does not make us responsible for an external service or its separate offers.

7. Availability, account restrictions, and ending membership

We work to provide useful resources, but do not promise that every page, file, or external resource will always be available or error-free. We may correct, update, replace, or remove content and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the site at any time and request account deletion by emailing Thom@ThomPearce.com. Requests and retained records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact us if you believe an account restriction is a mistake.

8. Responsibility and rights preserved by law

The learning service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional warranties about its accuracy, suitability for a particular business purpose, or uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from relying on general educational information.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or takes away rights or remedies you have under applicable law. The effect of any limitation depends on the law that applies to your situation.

9. Updates and questions

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights that already arose under a previous version. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the affected service and contact us about your membership.
